Sisu Services' Limited Warranty

Sisu Services, Inc. warrants, to the extent of any Sisu Services, Inc. overhauled or repairedcomponent, that the overhauled or repaired component furnished hereunder shall, at the time of delivery be free from defects of workmanship. Sisu Services, Inc.'s liability for failure of any repaired or overhauled component to comply with the foregoing shall be limited to repairing that article found to be defective 6 months from date of installation. Such defective component will be repaired without charge and warranted as a repaired component.

Failure to maintain and operate the products in accordance with the manufacture's instructions or unauthorized modification of the products shall render the above warranty null and void. The use of unauthorized parts in conjunction with new overhauled components shall also render the above warranty null and void. No representative has the authority to make any representation, promise or agreement except as stated herein.

THERE IS NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED AND IN NO EVENT WILL

SISU SERVICES, INC. BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
